Looking through the 'Lens' of time...

 

 Life is a 'snapshot'

 just a moment in time,

 a glimpse of peoples lives,

 maybe yours, maybe mine.

 

 What we do in that time

 is really up to us.

 It is really our decisions,

 that we should learn to trust.

 

 If you do things only for yourself,

 then it's a narrow path we tread.

 Selfishness and thinking only 

 of ourselves, could lead to a life of dread.

 

 So make choices,

 selflessly and with others in mind,

 will make you more thoughtful,

 more considerate and kind.

 

 Be remembered for what you did

 and for what we have truly shared,

 so that your 'snapshot' is of someone

 genuine and that you really cared.
