There is an innate need in all of us, a need

 to believe in something, to give us some hope.

 We have a need for fellowship, inner peace,

 to help in our time of need, to help us cope.

 

 I hope there is a place like Heaven

 a place that our Spirit can ascend.

 A place that really exists and not a 

 bed time story or place that we pretend.

 

 If I get to Heaven will you still

 recognise me, after all these years.

 It has been so long, I have been so 

 lonely and I have shed so many tears.

 

 I hope to be reunited, with some

 still in my life and those gone before.

 Some people will 'always' be special to me and

 the love that we have shared will last forever more.©
